Saya, the traditional event that takes place every January 5 in Nea Karvali Kavala by friends and members of the House of Culture and the Center for Cappadocian Studies, after many months of efforts and correspondence with the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Culture, with a recent decision of the Ministry of Culture , was included in the list of recognized events of our Intangible Cultural Heritage.

What is required now is to be embraced by all the residents of the Community and our Municipality in order to continue to become better every year.
